Q: How often do you deliver my water?

A: Once every 4-week cycle, or 28 days.

Q: Will my delivery day remain on the same day of the week?

A: No, holidays will push back your delivery a day depending on the holiday.

Q: How do I know my delivery days?

A: Your delivery days are set for the whole year and these are the ways to get your schedule.

  1. Next delivery day is printed at the bottom of your invoice.
  2. The next 4 delivery days are printed at the bottom of your statement.
  3. Login to your account online go to the “My Deliveries” tab. On the right side of the screen is your delivery calendar. Click on “Print Calendar” to download and print your delivery schedule.
  4. Our automated dialing system calls the night before to remind you of your delivery.
  5. We can mail or email you a delivery schedule upon request.

Q: How do I login to my account online?

A: From our home page click on Customer Login. If you have not created a username and password,

click on Register now. You will need your Zip code and account number.

Q: How do I pay my bill?

A: We have multiple options to pay your bill.

  1. Pay the driver directly with cash or check only.
  2. Mail your payment in to 2109 Luna Rd. #100, Carrollton, TX 75006.
  3. Login online, click on the “Pay My Bill” tab to enter your credit card and make a one-time payment or set up auto pay.
  4. Make a payment over the phone by calling customer service at 972-488-8100.

Q: How can I place an order?

A: We have multiple options to place your order.

  1. Go online and login to your account. Modify your delivery under the “My Deliveries” tab.
  2. Call customer service at 972-488-8100.
  3. Notify your driver at time of delivery of any changes to your future deliveries.

Q: I am an existing customer; do I have to place an order for delivery?

A: No, your driver will deliver your usual amount based on your delivery history. If an order is placed

either online or over the phone, your driver will leave exactly what is ordered and disregard delivery

history.

Q: Can I choose my delivery day?

A: NO, only for NEW CUSTOMERS on their first delivery. All subsequent deliveries will be assigned to a route driver and schedule.  We do offer special delivery request for a fee of $15.00.

Q: What if I don’t need a delivery every 4 weeks?

A: You can be scheduled every 8 weeks, or be placed on will call.

Q: What is will call?

A: We deliver only when you call in for a delivery on your scheduled delivery day. You must place your

order before your delivery day.

Q: What is the cut off time to place orders for the next day delivery?

A: 5 p.m. for call in orders and 9 p.m. for online orders.

Q: How do bottle deposits work?

A: There is a bottle deposit charge on all 5, 3 & 2.5 gallon glass and plastic bottles for every bottle delivered.  On even exchange deliveries there is no deposit charge.  For deliveries with additional bottles, there will be additional charged deposits for each bottle.  For deliveries returning more empties than bottles delivered, you will get a bottle deposit refund adjusted to your account.

Q: What is the difference between spring water and drinking water?

A:  Natural springs can form along the sides of hills and in valleys, and some people consider the natural filtration process of spring water to make for better tasting water that is richer in minerals. Drinking water is water filtered through carbon filters to remove the chlorine (which makes it taste better) then through a micron filter before being ozonated and bottled.

Q: Are your plastic bottles BPA-free?

A: All of our small package bottles from 8 ounces to 1 gallon are completely BPA-free. Additionally, all of our 4-gallon bottles are made of PET #1 plastic which is also BPA-free.

Our 5 & 3-gallon bottles are currently made from polycarbonate #7 plastic, a strong, clear and reusable type of plastic, which may contain trace levels of BPA. The FDA has recently again confirmed the safety of BPA for current approved uses in food containers and packaging.

Q: What is polycarbonate plastic?

A: Polycarbonate is a strong, clear and reusable type of plastic. Classified as a type 7 plastic by the Society of the Plastics Industry, polycarbonate is used in a wide range of food storage containers, and is commonly found in the epoxy resin lining of canned food products. It is also found in other products such as lab equipment, medical devices and clear plastic utensils, as well as PVC pipes sometimes used in municipal water delivery systems and plumbing.

Polycarbonate is one polymer that could contain residues or generate trace levels of the chemical bisphenol-A (BPA). Polycarbonate plastic is not used in our small package bottles or any of our plastic containers smaller than three gallons.

Q: What is water filtration?

A: Water filtration is a physical process of separating suspended and colloidal particles from waste by passing the water through a granular material. The process of filtration involves straining, settling, and absorption.  Filters cleanse water to different extents for drinking water purposes.  For a more in depth water analysis and water testing, contact our office at 972-488-8100.

Q: Why does Water Event offer both bottled water and water filtration, don’t they compete with each other?

A: Bottled water requires storage for bottles and the lifting of heavy bottles, where as filtration does not.  We tap into a closed water source and put your water through our filtration process.  Some customers prefer the taste of Natural Spring water and the option of water in glass bottles.  Offering both bottled water and filtration systems give you a wide range of options for your water needs.  We provide water for the way you live.
